DIVING
For fans of water sports like diving and underwater fishing, la Locanda Sabbia d'Oro offers a wonderful sea and one of the most picturesque backdrops in Liguria.
For fans of snorkeling (with sub aqua equipment and snorkel fins) this is a perfect starting point because you do not need the use of a boat, you go just from the beach!!
A very popular activity is taking photos with an underwater camera, either with the use of sub aqua equipment for deeper exploration or simply diving with a snorkel and mask along the coast in the shallow waters.

THE PATHS
The town of Bonassola is surrounded by many walking trails, over 40 Miles of trails, all marked and accompanied by excellent maps, allowing you to explore the area. Almost all of the walking trails are suitable for all hikers, ages and families who enjoy walks. The trails are marked with signs indicating the distances in minutes from the nearest villages.

CYCLING and MOUNTAIN BIKING (mtb)
Discovering the charm of the Riviera Ligure di Levante and its beautiful coast is possible by cycling routes or by mountain bike routes and it is one of the best ways to spend an unforgettable vacation. All this is possible thanks to the services that we offer: biking rentals for children and adults to suit all tastes and legs, both for mtb and road bikes, you may want to evaluate together with our expert about the state of the path and its practicability for you. Freeriding is very well practiced.
The most frequented and popular trips are along the beautiful bike path FBL Framura-Bonassola-Levanto: it is flat throughout the journey you can access beaches and hidden coves, inaccessible except by boat. We have some of the most attractive cycle trails in Italy.

The Inn has an affiliation with those who exercise with AMIBIKE, visit the website: www.amibike.it . We offer special benefits to all AMIBIKE members who reserve with AMIBIKE. As friends of the cyclists we guarantee to help guests and to give a safe place to keep the bike when not in use, to give support to their minor repairs, offer consultation on the trails, pathways and maps and other useful information. In Spring-Autumn period contact us to organize rallies or to accommodate athletes who want targeted workouts or races.

SURF
Levanto is now very popular spot for surfing and the many events of the last 10 years have led to the consolidation of a real surf culture in the country. The Inn has a parking space where you can leave your car and reach the beach in Levanto in only a few minutes
